1. Specifications：

3. Bed frame:

5. Production process:

(1) Pipe cutting: The steel pipes and sheet metal parts used in the product are cut by laser pipe cutting machines to effectively ensure the accuracy of the workpiece; (laser on-site operation pictures can be provided);

(3) Carbon steel surface treatment: self-owned fully automatic electrostatic powder spraying is adopted The coating line is completed in one go, the coating is uniform, and it has the characteristics of antibacterial, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, and fading resistance. Before spraying, it is rust-proofed by a high-speed shot blasting machine. The metal surface treatment of the whole bed adopts eleven processes such as degreasing and oil removal, cleaning, pickling and rust removal, cleaning, neutralization treatment, surface treatment, phosphating treatment, cleaning, drying, electrostatic powder spraying, and high-temperature baking and curing. It is made by a fully automatic spraying line. The phosphating process material is zinc series to avoid rust on the inner wall of the material. The coating surface has strong adhesion, is flat and smooth, and is corrosion-resistant; it extends the service life of the bed;

6. Control:

The hand crank handle is made of a new high-strength ABS engineering plastic one-time injection molding, with a steel core embedded inside, which is strong and durable, can be folded and hidden to avoid touching the feet, and is affixed with a body position lifting mark. The operation is clear at a glance, and the color is coordinated with the bedside. The pull-out telescopic design lengthens the rocking arm, making the operation easy and labor-saving. The telescopic rocker is made of stainless steel, with a steel universal joint. The screw rod is made of high-grade structural steel double-wire extrusion molding. The structure uses precision bearings and oil-containing copper nuts. It has a two-way slip limit function and an in-place overload protection function.
